Shipping information

Shipping methods and costs:

Our courier cannot ship to post office boxes, hotels or post office addresses.
The cost of shipping is entirely borne by GUIDI.

Track the shipment:

A UPS or DHL tracking number will be assigned to each shipment.
You will receive this number by email, along with the link to check the delivery date.

When the delivery takes place:

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Since the courier will require a signature, we advise you to choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust will be available during the day.

If no one is present to sign for the delivery of the order, UPS or DHL will leave a notice.
If you need assistance to reschedule the delivery, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
