Refund policy

 

 

For orders placed in pre-order mode, please note that production begins shortly after the order is confirmed. In the event that a customer requests a cancellation while the item is still in the production phase, a service fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be retained. The remaining 70% will be refunded to the customer.

In all other cases, such as returns of delivered goods or cancellation of orders for items that are already produced and available in stock, a full refund of 100% will be issued, in accordance with the applicable return terms and conditions.

Submit a return request

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Sign in to your account: in the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
